I’m Monique, and I’m the newest Project Manager here at BookNet Canada. I’m joining BookNet by way of Penguin Random House Canada’s ebook production team, where I had the honour of being the losingest PubFight league captain. I’ve decided it’s likely better if I just own it and focus my energies on success in PubFight 2017.
When I’m not busy here at BookNet HQ, you might find me waiting in line for brunch with my brunch club, cross-stitching (it’s an addiction), cooking, running my own PubFight-esque reality TV fantasy league (which I also never win), or, of course, reading. I love books of all types, but lately I’ve been enjoying true crime, short stories, and graphic memoirs. I’m always on the hunt for great new poetry to explore too — I’ll happily take recommendations!
