Thanks to a recently announced deal between EChapterOne.com, an online bookseller founded by retired Army Brigadier General R.W. ‘Bill’ Crossley, new naval recruits no longer need to worry about what there is to do in a submarine (No Village People fans out there? No?).
Next up for EChapterOne.com is to arrange a similar deal with the army since Crossley speculates ‘If it works for sailors, I think there’s no reason it wouldn’t work just as well for soldiers’.
The guy who invented the periscope is currently kicking himself for…wait for it…having such narrow scope.
