Adobe has just announced the release of their new e-reader—Adobe Digital Editions. Digital Editions is able to handle PDF, XHTML, Flash and the IDPF’s Open Standard (OPS). It also allows you to annotate and zoom in and out on the text. Snazzy shelf view as well. It’s a free download and there is also some free content available at Adobe Digital Editions.
At first glance it looks pretty slick. Intuitive, fast and well worth the price (free!).
