BookNet Canada’s offerings in plain language
BookNet has multiple products — SalesData & LibraryData, CataList, and BiblioShare. With the new website redesign, understanding what each product offers, the needs they solve for a particular group, and how they work together is easier than ever.
Beyond our core products, BookNet also offers a wide range of services, including Webform for ONIX creation and EDI set-up. Of note for the new website is the easier to find Bibliographic data distribution page, which now offers a more comprehensive view of what each service entails and how it can help achieve your goals.
Staying informed about standards got easier
In addition to a new navigation menu link that gives you quick access to standards-related posts on our blog. The revamped standards section of our website now includes a page that groups information about ONIX, EDI, product identifiers, and subject and other classification schemes all in one place. This section of the website offers a digestible overview of the industry standards, allowing for a deeper dive through resources both created and curated by us.
